Expert Exchange: Expand your revenue
How can artists and arts organisations diversify income streams? What entrepreneurial solutions and sustainable models have been tried and tested? What does success look like? How do you measure what you are doing?
Create NSW in partnership with SAMAG have put together a panel of industry experts demonstrating best practice to discuss how artists and small-to medium arts organisations can develop new income streams.
The panel will offer advice and tips on which of the more traditional forms of income generation are still relevant, where the opportunities lie, building innovative revenue streams and the resources required.
This is an active session, so come along with your questions!
