Overview
The Negotiated Contemporary Music Regional Arts Touring Funding aims to support an organisation to:
- increase capacity of contemporary musicians to tour to regional NSW
- increase capacity of regional arts venues to present contemporary music
- build capacity of regionally based contemporary musicians and arts workers
- build new and diverse audiences for contemporary music across regional NSW.
Applicants should demonstrate a history of supporting contemporary music tours in regional NSW, strong audience development/engagement strategies and clear knowledge of regional touring and the specific needs of contemporary musicians.
*Regional NSW includes all local government areas outside of Sydney and Western Sydney. Regional NSW excludes Newcastle and Wollongong for touring.
When can I apply for funding?
EOIs open: Monday 14 March 2022
EOIs close: Tuesday 19 April 2022 at 5pm (AEST).
