Expressions of Interest are now closed for two office spaces within the Arts Exchange building at The Rocks.
Two (2) office spaces are available for eligible arts and cultural organisations.

To apply for the office spaces under this EOI, you will need to submit responses to the selection criteria and provide the required documents to Smarty Grants.
When can I apply?
EOI submissions open: Wednesday 1 February 2023
EOI submissions close: Wednesday 1 March 2023 at 5pm AEST. No late EOIs will be accepted.
When can I inspect the property?
Inspection of the office spaces will be by appointment only.

When will I know if my EOI is successful?
Successful applicant/s will be notified in April/May 2023.
Eligibility
Eligible arts and cultural organisations located in NSW.
Under the Infrastructure Support Policy (ISP) the organisation must be located in NSW. Under the ISP eligible arts and cultural organisations are those that are either a not-for-profit incorporated body or a co-operative or trust, and are legally constituted. Eligibility includes being aligned with the ISP vision for the building.
