Willow Grove Future Community Use

Create NSW is committed to renewing Willow Grove as a future community asset for the people of Parramatta.

Taking a collaborative approach with the council, community, and key stakeholders, we seek to understand the needs and aspirations of the Parramatta community to inform future uses.

It is planned that the future community use will be aligned with the City of Parramatta’s Socially Sustainable Parramatta Framework to ensure it contributes to positive community outcomes in the Parramatta area.

An Expression of Interest (EOI) for the future community use of Willow Grove will be undertaken in the coming months. We will invite organisations to submit their interest in operating the renewed Willow Grove as a community asset, aligned to Council’s framework. All types of organisations are encouraged to submit.
