$300K for NSW artists and arts and cultural organisations
The NSW Government has announced a new Service Needs Strategic Fund for arts, screen and cultural organisations, to meet the demand for professional development and capacity-building across the sector.
$300,000 in targeted support will be made available in 2021 for NSW organisations to provide services, resources, and skills and career development for the arts and cultural sector. Arts, cultural and screen organisations, and organisations from the creative industries are invited to submit proposals addressing one or more of the six priority areas of need identified by the Service Needs Review.
The Service Needs Strategic Fund is available to support local organisations that want to provide additional resources to the arts and culture community in NSW and will enable artists and arts and culture organisations to find new markets and audiences, and attract funding and different forms of investment.
Applications for the 2021 Service Needs Strategic Fund are now open and close Tuesday 18 May 2021 at 5:00 PM AEST. For more information on the Fund and the webinar, and to apply, visit the Service Needs Strategic Fund page.
