Arts Exchange building, The Rocks – Commercial Space EOI
Create NSW is calling for expressions of interest from eligible arts and cultural organisations to apply for a commercial office space within the Arts Exchange building at The Rocks.
One (1) office space is available for commercial organisations.

When can I apply?
EOI submissions open: Monday 23 August 2021 at 10am AEST
EOI submissions close: Monday 20 September 2021 at 5pm AEST. No late EOIs will be accepted.
When can I inspect the property?
Inspection of the office space will be by way of a 3D virtual tour due to COVID-19 restrictions imposed by NSW Public Health Orders.

When will I know if my EOI is successful?
Successful applicant/s will be notified in October/November 2021.
The business must be located in NSW. Under the Infrastructure Support Policy only commercial legally constituted business that are arts and cultural-related are eligible to apply for the specified space. Eligibility includes being aligned with the ISP vision for the building.
The commercial space is subject to market rental rates.
