Arts and Cultural Strategic Framework

Create NSW’s first integrated Arts and Cultural Strategic Framework outlines Create NSW Priorities for the Arts, Screen and Culture Sector.

The Framework is built around seven priority areas that recognise artists, creative practitioners, screen and cultural workers and their endeavours as essential to the social, economic and environmental wellbeing of NSW.

The Framework is a starting point for a conversation between Create NSW and NSW-based artists, practitioners, organisations, audiences, and other levels of government about NSW cultural life. It provides a roadmap for the development of a new arts and cultural strategy for NSW to be developed in coming years, including renewed strategies and plans around screen and cultural infrastructure.
